30-day returns
Most physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused, in their original packaging and include all parts and paperwork.
Items we can't accept back
- eGift cards and gift cards once delivered
- Food and beverages, including frozen, chilled and ready-to-serve items
- Opened skincare, hair care, oral care and supplement products
- Opened pet food and treats
- Software and security subscriptions once the code has been delivered or activated
- Mattresses, bedding and bath products that have been used
Large items and furniture
Furniture, mattresses, bathtubs, sinks, appliances and sheds can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days. Please contact us first so we can arrange collection; return shipping for large items is quoted before you send them back.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping, and we'll cover the return. If a digital code doesn't work, contact us right away and we'll resolve it with the supplier.
How to return an item
- Email contact@storemegadeal.com or call +1 907-561-2373 with your order number (it starts with SMD-) and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the items securely and send them with tracking.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.
Refunds
We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival and refund your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund. Refunds reflect any promo code discount, and cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or check.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Let us know when you start your return and we'll arrange an exchange.
